Drop off the car was so easy and the man who drove me to the airport he was super super nice, who worked on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. The worst part was pick up, they said 15 mins maximum wait but it was almost an hour I waited. First 30 mins for driver to come and then we waited another 30 mins for customer. I had night shift and I thought I'll have some rest as I reach early but no. Although the company was good to work with , we were shocked to find the coded lock box was only secure by using the wire part of a clipboard clip , pull hard enough & it could be broken & steal keys & car so EASILY! So not good enough, very very unsecured. The lockbox is on a tin flap could also easily be bursted . I highly recommend them and would not leave my car anywhere else. Not just the highly competetive rates but the way they try really hard to please their clients. I only have two more weeks until my retirement but, as I have done in the past, I will still be using this place any time we fly out for holidays. Thanks team for the wonderful service you have always provided me. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE!!! NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! I paid for secure indoor parking but my car was left outside!! This resulted in my $1000 bike, attached to the back being stolen. There was no contact with me about the loss of my bike and I only found out when I returned to pick up my car. They tried to fob off an old bike on to me thinking I was stupid enough to believe it was mine. They have taken no responsibility for this, offering me a $200 voucher for use at their parking place next time I travelled, as if I would. Unfortunately they can’t afford to replace my bike (poor them) but some how I can suck it up and pay for another bike?? I will be complaining to consumer affairs.
