We booked a parking for our van for a week, when we came back the guy who was working there mentioned a problem with our keys witch was not working that’s the reason why they couldn’t move the car in front of the main entrance. The key was broken and was impossible to start the engine anymore.. for lucky or not we had the spare key with us soo we moved the van in front of the property but we wanted to have at least a valid explication of why our key was broken and Why our van was outside ( i got a second battery with solar panel and the battery was almost flat when we leave our van and was completely recharged at the end of the week) after two hours of continued lie from them i talk with the manager witch in a very rude way told me to go ahead because was not their responsibility otherwise he was calling the cops, to don’t continue with this discussion we decided to go, even because i had a week of night shift in the mines without a single minute of sleep in the previus night.. I highly reccomend to don’t park your car here, is the cheapest car park around the airport but there is a reason why!

Amazing Service! Kind people and hassle free!

While the service they provide is consistent and reliable, unfortunately the way a few of the staff continuously treated me after a minor flight detail mistake, ruined it for me. Although no inconvenience was created by the little flight mix up, I felt that they were over the top in their response and only wanted to further embarrass me, even in the following weeks and separate bookings. After the following work trip I was left to wait for 15 minutes at the airport even though they had all of my flight details a week prior. I had a very strong feeling their judgement and subsequent behaviour was due to the fact that I am a woman. I felt very disrespected and as if they were trying to treat me like less of a person than they were. This is definitely not good customer service. Parking a car up for a week and doing an airport run is easy, but apparently offering courteous customer service is hard for them. Because of this I have chosen not to use them again. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, especially if you're a woman. Plenty more options around.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Bay Airport parking. Airport drop off and pick up were quick and easy, and the team showed a great level of professionalism throughout the whole process. Drivers had a great sense of humor, which is refreshing! I will definitely be returning!

I used this place first time. Surprisingly easy to get there, and a short trip by bus. It was offer reasonable prices. And only waited 5 minutes for the bus, to get back and pick up my car, which they valet park for you, which helps ease the Airport stress! Great price, will be using them again. Thanks guy's.
